Tributes have been paid to Rosen Ivanov, who was found dead in Worcester Park last week.

Mr Ivanov, a 27-year-old Bulgarian national, was found on Friday, August 21, inside a home in Rushmere Court, The Avenue, which is in the Shadbolt area, after police received reports of a concern for safety, pictured below.

Mr Ivanov was originally from the city of Stara Zagora in southern Bulgaria.

He worked for digital printing company Waterloo Print, based in Colliers Wood and according to his Facebook page, he was a supporter of Chelsea Football Club.

A post-mortem examination to establish a preliminary cause of death proved inclusive, and more tests are expected to be carried out.

Witnesses reported seeing multiple ambulances and police cars outside the flats last week as neighbours expressed their shock at the death.

Forensic teams were also seen going into a building for flats seven to 12 Rushmere Court.

A 32-year-old man from Worcester Park was arrested on suspicion of murder in connection to the unexplained death and has been released on bail until the end of September.
