Large sections of the M25 came to a halt this morning as carriageways saw floods and crashes.
Junction 10 at Cobham Services to junction 9 at Leatherhead was at a standstill for about an hour as police and Highways England coned off two lanes of the anti-clockwise carriageway.
Other roads across Kingston and Elmbridge were closed, with two polling stations relocated due to the floods.
